The Breeze Blowing Through My Window

We finally have a cool front and there is a delightful breeze blowing through all of my open windows here at the cottage. This 1947 tempera painting entitled Wind from the Sea by Andrew Wyeth is the perfect illustration for what I'm feeling on my face right now. It's perfect sleeping weather too. Sweet dreams, see you tomorrow.

It's cooled off here too but we still have fairly high temps and a lot of humidity so no open windows at my cottage. It always amazes me how different the weather can be just 400 miles away in all directions.

Rosemary....YEAH! I'm very excited to open my windows tonight as it is going down to 59 degrees plus we had much lower humidity tonight. Temps will go back up tomorrow. This is a very nice July gift, so unexpected.
