Laundry Room Mud Room Combination

This is the perfect setup for anybody, isn't it? I love the herringbone brick floor and the plank ceiling painted porch blue. This one was my favorite but there are more multi-purpose laundry room setups to consider here at Houzz. Who knows, you might prefer the one in the butler's pantry across from the wine. (smile)

I agree, Rosemary. I like the laundry room which combines with a butler's pantry/wine storage. Not necessarily because of the handy beverage but it just seems so welcoming and accessible from the kitchen. Then again, I like the notion of all those windows in some of the others. Actually, our new laundry room has presented with a mysterious ailment. The dryer is leaking water!!! Seems we have a blockage in the venting system. Oh dear. Tomorrow is the day of reckoning.

Linda...

Good luck with your dryer problem. When I had my dryer installed here at the cottage, the new code called for a rigid metal pipe. The flexible ones won't pass inspection any more on new construction. I hope you find your blockage easily.

That is a fabulous room... from gteh floor to the windows, to the butler's pantry and storage, I'll take it all.

Such a pretty space. I love the ceiling color and the view out the window. It would be so nice to have a utility room that could serve several purposes.
