Painted Floor on a Deck

This is the first deck I've ever seen painted in a checkerboard pattern and I love it. I painted a kitchen floor in these colors at my last house and loved it too. Click here to see the one I painted.

Rosemary, I love this and I believe I have mentioned to you that I really want to replace our carpeted floors with painted wood. In due time as all good things must be done. But, when that time comes, I will be consulting with you.
Sleep tight on this crisp spring night.

I love it. What a fun way to jazz up a porch.

Rosemary, I have also painted a floor and was surprised that it held up so well. I still love the look, but that was many houses ago! I tried to enlarge the picture of your old kitchen to see what was in the towers. One was copper pots, but what was to the right?
Oh yes and I loved the deck. Have never seen another like it!

Kathy...
Both towers had copper pots. They live in my pantry now.

Now I'm tempted to checker paint my veranda floor.
