DUTCH DOOR

This entrance hall is so beautiful. I love the big windows on either and the transom lights above. I would love to see this from the outside looking in, wouldn't you? via

Oh yes, I'd love to see it from the outside also. As well as the whole house. This is a beautiful entrance.

Although I'd love this door here, I'd have to have the top closed permanently throughout the summer for we would be inundated with those dreadful blowflies. the house would be teeming with them - yuck.
And, I think a fly-screen door would ruin the aesthetic.

I couldn't leave this door open either. I'm always amazed by photos of windows and door that are open with no screens.

It's beautiful though.
