Have a Relaxing Weekend

I know that's a tall order this time of year. I don't know about you but I really don't know how to pace myself. I alternate between killing myself and doing practically nothing the next day. Wouldn't it be better to do a normal amount of work every day? Yes, it would but the weather lately has not allowed this. I mowed for about 6 hours straight yesterday and got almost all of it done after weeks of rain. Progress has been made but I have had no energy at all today. Maybe tomorrow I'll feel energized. Fingers crossed. via

You really have no choice but the feeling you experience the next day is called exhaustion. ;-)
And the body is telling you, "Hey, I need a break!"

Perhaps pamper (give back to) yourself with a long deep massage - your body will thank you for it and you'll be energized and ready for the next working day :)

Rosemary, I know EXACTLY what you mean. Today was an absolute frenzy, I expect tomorrow will not be!

you remind me of the days that it was my responsibility to keep our two and a half acres. i had a riding mower but then i raked it all because i like how it looked when i did that. made myself more work... but worth it!
there is the art of relaxation too.
just ask webster how important it is!!!
love and happy weekend,

Rosemary,
Balance...one strenuous day, one to rest. Makes perfect sense to me.
Have a great weekend.
