Medieval Houses in Sarlat, Périgord France

Medieval houses in France. Because modern history has largely passed it by, Sarlat has remained preserved and one of the towns most representative of 14th century France. via It looks wonderful, doesn't it?

Just gorgeous and seems to be kept in pristine condition. Would certinly love a visit to see a bit more! While living in Germany, my favorite day trip was to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, a walled in medieval village.

Wonderful, for sure. Been so busy Rosemary. We have been to Florida, NYC and now another 10 day trip to Fla. for vacation. I have also retired! More time, hopefully to catch up with blogland :)
