A Red, Red Robin and A Red, Red Door

This harbinger of spring landed on my garden wall early in the afternoon looking for spring but couldn't find it anywhere. I'm so glad my camera was handy for capturing such a handsome Robin.

I wonder if the snow has melted yet at this 18th century New England Saltbox house with the amazing side door and window? I hope so.

Such a stunning photo(oh, how I would LOVE to mat and frame that image) of the robin on your handsome wall(what I can see of it). It looks as if the robin were posing for the picture, actually.

That robin and your title reminds me of my mother having some old records. Beryl Ives singing " When the red red robin comes bob bob bobbin along" I know its a kids record and on You tube. lol

What a beautiful image and I love the red door to the saltbox! Lovely - spring is really going strong here in Ireland- must say I don't miss the loads of snow in New England - it is green year long here - thus the "Emerald Isle".
