Vintage Bathroom

I love the tiled ceiling and double pedestal sink. This bathroom is timeless, isn't it?

I love this! Gee, when can I have it installed in my home? :)

Rosemary, I am realtively new to your blog, I look forward to reading it everyday. I do have a question re the title. Does "Content" mean content, as in happy and satisfied or does it mean content as in what it consists of or what you would like the cottage to consist of? Or does it mean both? I have been puzzling over this and just wondered what you had in mind when you chose the title. Thanks for your response. Anna

Anna...

Actually the word content is a double entendre in the case of my blog. Personally I am very content as in happy in my cottage. But in the case of my blog I strive for great content in my posts. When I tell people the name of my blog I use the content as in happy pronunciation. Thanks for asking.

Thanks for clearing that up. The content of your blog makes me feel very content, so keep up the good work. I'm off to the mirror to practice tying my scarves. Anna

Wow what a beauty! Although I think having my hair straighteners balancing on that awesome basin would be a travesty to such classical design!

ahhhh yes. the best ever! When I lived with my parents in Scotland, their house had a bathroom very similar ... I felt I had to pinch myself in that bathroom!
