Fall Front Door Love

I love both of these front doors, don't you? the second one reminds me of my previous house. It had those bulls eye glass panels over the door. Also, there was no way to see who was on the other side, a feature I didn't care for. With the door on the stone house you could always peek out the window.

Good progress was made here today. The living room is finished. As I was cleaning the two outside living room windows, Webster was watching my every move with his nose pressed firmly against the inside panes I had just finished washing. Honestly, housework is a losing battle. I also did another French door (my last one) in the kitchen. I should finish the whole first floor in another couple of days.

I'm pretty sure the images are from Country Living.

Nice. I think I'll try the pumpkin idea.

Hi Rosemary.
Both of these are beautiful doors. I love the multiple pumpkins. We have just one large one in front of ours, but now I'm thinking...
All the best to you!

...i am a sucker for stone houses...i suppose on the second house...one could have a sliding library ladder inside..climb up and peek out to see if you want to be at home...

The doors are lovely. Is there ever a day we don't clean something???

Halloween is a favorite time of the year for me. I think its the colors and the cooler weather. I love these pictures. I've made a note to my self to get out my Autumn wreath for the front door.

Love these doors! And I adore when I see houses put those mini-pumpkins above the door - I may have to figure out a way to do something similar!

I admire your tenacity for conquering the cleaning of all of your windows. You will be appreciating it all winter.
