Cottage In The Cotswolds [Thatched Roof Beauty]

We couldn't possibly have a day without a visit to the Cotswolds section of England, could we? I absolute love the thatched roof with the decorative ridge atop this Cotswold-stone cottage, don't you? The sculptured hedges and gate complete the picture to perfection.

OMG!!! as the younger set say....
do you think Miss Marple is in there with her knitting and a cup of tea? Or maybe she's in the back garden admiring the flowers. What a beautiful house. IF I ever go back to live in England....that one is mine.ungool

The edging on that roof is like icing on a cake. The closest we get to that kind of charm in this country are the Comstock cottages in Carmel. I agree with Marilyn, Miss Marple may well be inside sipping tea, knitting and watching out for nefarious activity.
