Wake me when it's summer or Let sleeping dogs lie + Bluebirds . . .

Webster was begging to go outside and sun on the deck but in no time he wanted to get back in because it is still very chilly. I put blankets under him and over him and that did the trick.

He looks so comfortable I am tempted to join him! By the way, the bluebirds are back! They've been scouting out their nesting places and have already called dibs on both of the houses you see behind Webster.

Have a happy weekend. ♥Rosemary

You and Webster have developed your own special language, haven't you...somehow you figured out what he wanted. He looks mighty contented, basking in the warm sunlight, soakin' up those rays into those tired old bones.

Delightful picture of the fat little bird atop the pretty birdhouse too.

Have a lovely weekend yourself.

That is an adorable picture! Webster is lucky to have such a thoughtful mom. I don't think our blue birds are back here yet - can't wait though. I love all of the birds in the yard. Spring is just around the corner. Yeeeeaaaaa!!!

So sweet seeing Webster covered in his blanket with the birdhouse in view behind. And that you managed to get a bluebird in such an excellent pose atop the birdhouse--wonderful!!
