He is your dog. You owe it to him to understand the expense of proper veterinary care, as well as his breed's traits and needs, and his particular quirks before you adopt or buy him. He is not a possession, or a toy, or an eternal puppy. He is a pack animal and requires companionship. He is an like an eternal 2-year-old toddler - he requires firm discipline, but NOT corporal punishment. He is your dog. If you love him and care for him properly, you will see the wonderful reflection of your efforts in his eyes.

I have always had a soft spot for Boston Terriers(there was one in our neighborhood growing up) and that one is a cutie!
