The stewardship of owning land . . .

I was so happy to find this quote to go with another page I ripped out of a magazine. I found the quote and added the text to the photo. I am going to type it again so it can be searched in case you want to find it months from now.

I would never have thought Andy Warhol said that! It is a beautiful sentiment and oh so true...and the photo makes me want to go up to Vermont.

Andy was an artist! Yes, he was Gay and yes, he was really out there as far as friends and activities, but he was a beautiful soul. What a lovely sentiment to leave behind...
